Product Specifications

  • Ingredients: 100% Natural Whole-Grain Oats
  • Common Sizes: Available in various sizes like 500g, 800g, and 1.2kg resealable bags.
  • Nutritional Highlights: Natural source of fiber, plant-based protein, iron, calcium, and essential B vitamins.
Quaker Rolled Oatmeal features larger, whole-grain flakes that require actual cooking. Unlike instant oats, they cannot be prepared simply by pouring hot water over them in a bowl.

The standard preparation ratio for a single serving is 1/2 cup of oats to 1 cup of liquid (water or milk).

Method 1: The Stovetop Method (Best Texture)

  1. Boil: Bring 1 cup of water or milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add: Stir in 1/2 cup of Quaker Rolled Oats.
  3. Simmer: Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally as it thickens.
  4. Rest: Remove from heat and let it stand for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Method 2: The Microwave Method (Faster)

  1. Combine: Mix 1/2 cup of oats and 1 cup of water or milk in a deep, microwave-safe bowl to prevent boiling over.
  2. Heat: Microwave on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  3. Stir: Stir well and let it cool slightly to thicken up.
